The service experience itself on 28th May was good. However, in early July, I received other service warnings about engine oil and microfilter changes. I am a bit disappointed why this could not be mentioned while I was there on 28th May.

Was told that the car wouldn't be ready till late afternoon but when I explained to Scott I had to be somewhere he made sure the job was completed earlier to accommodate me.

One of the best things about dropping your car off at Williams used to be picking it up when you knew it would have had the best wash. I think the car does still get washed but not to a high standard.

As above, issues other than the ones I'd highlighted were flagged up by the service team but were not addressed. To be fair I did not expect them to but it may have been nice to have them sorted too. I appreciated the courtesy car whilst mine was in.

Full and detailed report given to highlight the issues that were reported. The only downside is that the cost of the repairs are way outside of my budget and so will have to go elsewhere which is a great shame.

Service has been excellent. Only one issue, I was told my car would be valeted as it was a recall, and it wasn't. I don't want anything from this, I just thought I'd mention that was inconsistency between what I was told at booking and the service.

I was made very welcome and felt very valued as a customer. Scott, who dealt with me, was very professional and very helpful. My car was ready for collection the very next day of me dropping it off, and had even been vacuumed inside and washed.
